• Ticket B - Plant Tour and demonstrations – $25.00
  Join us for a plant tour at Trackside Butcher Shoppe. A bus will depart from Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Northeast at 9am EDT on Saturday August 15, 2026.
  Trackside Butcher Shoppe will open their doors for a guided tour of their facility. The tours will be followed by lunch and small group educational sessions hosted by Stefan Neumann to take your sausage making skills up a notch!
• Ticket C - Louisville Bats Baseball Game – $35.00
  Join us for a FAMILY FRIENDLY night out at the Louisville Bats game! We will have a bus departing from Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Northeast at 5:45 pm EDT for a Bats game!
